5 ways to Find Good Property Professionals

1. Use your Network

Ask for reccomendations, don’t forget to check that they actually use them!

2. Check their Reviews

Make sure they have lots of good reviews, and that they’ve taken time to reply to any bad ones.

3. Ask to speak to a Client

It’s always worth speaking with their clients to see what experience they’ve had. Good or Bad.

4. Ask a probing question

Especially accountants… what Business Manuals specifies how interest on Property Loans can be used?

5. Use a Vetted System

We only recommend professionals we have used ourselves. We have even been through an HMRC investigation, so we know what to look for!
